When you go to a baseball game, do you ever notice the empty seats? That’s missed money for the stadium. And guess what: the same goes for your practice.

Your exam chairs are like seats in a baseball stadium. Empty chairs equal lost revenue. A baseball team can’t sell yesterday’s seats, and neither can you.

You can’t reclaim today’s losses, but you *can* fill tomorrow’s seats. To keep chairs full every day, your team needs a capacity tracker.
