WISCONSIN

Dental Entrepreneur Program

The Dental Entrepreneur Program (DEP) is a collaboration among the Wisconsin Dental Association, Marquette School of Dentistry and ACT Dental to help Wisconsin’s dentists develop and fine-tune their knowledge of the business of dentistry. Our curriculum focuses on exploring the practice management side of the profession – everything they didn’t have time to cover in dental school.

With an annual membership that can start any time of the year, you’ll have access to a blend of in-person, live webinar and on-demand webinar programming, as well as an online community and robust suite of digital tools to ensure maximum learning and scheduling flexibility for today’s active dentists.

Membership includes

Interactive, energizing training programs

DEP Programming includes in-person learning sessions and interactive webinars. In-person classes are held at the state-of-the-art ACT Education Center in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward. Refreshments and/or meals are included, and hotel discounts are available. Can't make it to Milwaukee ? No problem. All in-person events will be livestreamed.

Complimentary membership to ACT Dental University

Access to the best virtual education from the best educators in the world via live Friday “Master Classes.” The U also includes a vast library of Step by Step videos, tools, and resources you can implement in your practice immediately. This complimentary membership benefit is valued at $1,200 annually. Hundreds of online CEUs available.

Complimentary membership to the ACT Dental Online community

A community of like-minded professionals all committed to helping you grow and solve the difficult problems you face.

Connection and Camaraderie

Within the Community the DEP program will have its own chat room where members can ask questions of the instructors and help one another solve challenges together in a safe and private environment.

Pricing

We’ve worked to make all aspects of the Dental Entrepreneur Program – from content and materials to scheduling and pricing – relevant and accessible for all dentists, whether you’re just starting out or have been practicing for some time. Pricing includes all events and materials – no extra costs. Installment plans are available, as well as a 10% discount for WDA members and MUSoD graduates. (Sorry, there’s no double discount for dentists who happen to be both!)

*ALSO: Receive a 5% discount for paying in full. If you’re a WDA member or MUSoD grad, that makes for a total discount of 15%!”

“Cancellation/Refund Policy: 30 days after written notice.”

What will the DEP member dentists get?

Our goal is to provide a membership educational program aimed at the entrepreneurial minded dentist. We will focus on:

1

The leadership skills

needed to succeed in private practice dentistry.

2

The Strategic Thinking

that leads to long term repeatable success.

3

Operational Best Practices

from the highest performing dental practices in the US.

In addition, we call this a membership program as it is much more than a series of lectures. Our members will be provided tools that can be implemented immediately and the follow up support and guidance to overcome challenges. Lastly, we will foster a community of learning. Members will have full access to ACT University, its hours of virtual education and its community of dentists, all lifelong learners themselves. Our Dental Entrepreneur members will have a private place within that community to discuss and ask question of our community only.

2023-24 Class Calendar

(Note: In-person events will also be live-streamed for those unable to travel to Milwaukee. All events – live and virtual – will be recorded and archived for later, on-demand viewing.)

Members are eligible for up to 27 non-clinical CEUs per year.
