Course Description:

Patients walk out of our offices every day without scheduling recommended treatment. The most commonly cited objection to scheduling is cost, yet they don’t hesitate scheduling their next vacation or hair appointment. This course is designed to help dentists and their team understand the role we play in the patient’s decision making and how to use our environment and communication strategies to build value that makes price no object.
