As the Lead Practice Coach, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with dental practices, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Developing customized coaching programs based on each practice’s unique needs, goals, and challenges.
- Guiding practices through the implementation of proven strategies and best practices to enhance their overall performance and success.
- Collaborating closely with other Practice Coaches to share insights, resources, and support, fostering a strong team dynamic.
- Providing regular feedback and progress reports to both the dental practices and ACT Dental management, ensuring ongoing improvement and alignment with company objectives.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices, incorporating new insights into coaching methodologies.
- Facilitating workshops, seminars, and training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to educate and inspire dental practices.
- Assisting in the recruitment, training, and development of new Practice Coaches, helping to expand our team of experts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a dental practice, consulting, or coaching.
