Rules of Engagement


We believe the key to a healthy office culture is establishing what Patrick Lencioni calls “Vulnerability-Based Trust.” It’s not about trusting your team members to behave in a certain way, but rather building a trusting relationship where it’s safe to take risks, be vulnerable, ask for help, admit your mistakes and weaknesses, and know that it won’t be held against you by your fellow team members. When vulnerability-based trust is established, the team can focus all their energy on the job at hand rather than protecting themselves from the judgment of others on the team.
