Increase The Odds of Achieving Your Goals

The new year is here. You know what that means: time to set new goals!

Take some time to reflect on this past year. Then, decide what you want to do differently. Set bigger goals, and create plans to achieve them. Finish by telling yourself these three words: “Write this down!”

Writing things down is the key to actually achieving your goals. Research has shown that people who write down their goals are 50 percent more likely to achieve them. If you SHARE your goal with other people, that number shoots up to 90 percent!

Wanna know what also helps? Watching about how to set goals for the new year. Remember to share the video with your team—and your goals, too!
