Why Every Dentist Needs to Know What’s in Their Cup!
Has someone ever bumped into you while you were carrying a cup of coffee? We’ve all been there: you accidentally bump shoulders, coffee spills all over the floor, then you scramble to find paper towels.
Maybe it’s not coffee. Maybe you have tea or water in your cup. The point is that eventually, someone’s going to bump into you. And whatever is in your cup, it’s going to spill everywhere.
Life is like that sometimes. It’ll rattle you and shake you up. When it does, what will spill out of your cup? Will it be anger or patience? Sadness or joy? The stuff in your cup is how you’ll react when life throws a curve ball.
For me personally, I choose to fill my cup with the good stuff, like kindness and happiness (and coffee is pretty good, too). Fill your cup with the good stuff, and encourage your team to do the same by showing them this short video.
Since Thanksgiving is right around the corner, be sure to check out our video about gratitude—another good thing to put in your cup.
Life gives you a cup. How are you going to fill it?
