Course Description:

Join us LIVE to navigate your dental entrepreneur’s journey using ACT Dental’s Financial GAPs Method. The GAPs tell the financial story of your practice and show you where dollars of production are leaving your practice. The GAPs method, when applied over time, gives you knowledge of and control over your financial performance.

Objectives:

By the end of this one-day seminar, participants will:

Understand the differing business models in dentistry today using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from your practice to determine which model you are currently living in.
Learn how to track your actual practice cash flow and see the four GAPs where production dollars leave your practice.
Learn why production and collection are two vastly different performance metrics and understand how overhead is affected by both.
Understand the three fundamental financial statements every dental practice needs and what information to draw from them.
Discuss the definition of “True Profit.” Learn the formula to determine the actual profit you can take from your business each month.
Receive a GAP analysis from your practice and recommendations to close your widest GAP.
Learn the ACT Dental Effort Quotient, an easy formula for calculating the number of days you work for free.

Refund Policy:

If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, You will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel 29 - 15 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel 14 - 8 days before the event, you will receive a 25% refund. The course fee will not be refunded if you cancel less than seven days from the event. If that happens, we may substitute another speaker or activity or change the schedule without giving registrants prior notice.

Control of Content and Selection of Presenters and Moderators: ACT Dental is responsible for controlling content and selecting presenters and moderators.
Preferred Partners agree not to direct the content of the program.
Preferred Partners will respond only to ACT Dental-initiated requests for suggestions of presenters or sources of possible presenters.
Preferred Partners will suggest more than one name (if possible); provide speaker qualifications, disclose financial or other relationships between Preferred Partners and speaker; and provide this information in writing.
ACT Dental will record the role of the Preferred Partners
