Compound Success: The 1% Strategy
We want you to build more than a better practice. We want you to build a better life, too, and that starts by using the one percent strategy.
The one percent strategy means you’re improving a little bit each day. When you go to bed, you should feel one percent better than the person you were yesterday.
The great thing about this strategy is that it works just like compound interest. The math shows that if you improve by one percent each day, then by the end of the year, you will have improved a whopping 37.78 percent!
One percent improvement can look many different ways. It could be as simple as . . .
- Reading a book
- Eating a healthy meal
- Calling a friend
- Attending a seminar
- Spending time with family
- Listening to a podcast
You don’t have to improve by leaps and bounds. Just take it one percent at a time. One day, you’ll look back and see how far you’ve come!
