Require this When Hiring

 

Hiring is harder than ever! Want to make it easier on yourself when those resumes start coming in? One of the best practices we recommend when you’re looking for a new team member is to require a video submission from the candidate.

Be specific in your request! Ask the potential new hires to record a 1-2 minute video describing why they would be a good fit for the position and for your practice. The videos may surprise you!
